Refund Policy

We aim to provide fair and transparent cooperation terms, which is why we’ve implemented a clear refund mechanism.

Monthly Purchases

If proxies are purchased for a 1-month period, the refund is calculated using the following formula:

$1 (fixed fee) + cost of actually used days.

This means you only pay for the period you have used plus the refund processing fee. The remaining balance for unused days is refundable.

Short‑Term Purchases

For proxies purchased for:

• 1 day
• 1 week

a fixed $1 fee applies in case of a refund request, regardless of actual usage time.

Important Conditions

Refunds are only possible if the following conditions are met:

• No violation of service rules
• No abuse or prohibited usage scenarios
• Refund request submitted during the active service period

We reserve the right to deny refunds in case of ToS violations.
